Hello, I'm Mike Newhart, owner of Illini Exterior Services based in Charleston, IL. I'm excited to share a bit about myself and our company with you.

Alongside my wife Jessica and our three children aged 10, 8, and 7, I've dedicated over 15 years to the exterior cleaning industry. While we initially explored various services, including staining and sealing wood, our passion lies in mastering specific areas rather than spreading ourselves thin. Recognizing the growing need for expert wood care in our community, we've decided to specialize in this field.

Throughout the years, we've honed our expertise through rigorous training, ensuring we're equipped to deliver top-notch staining and sealing services for wood surfaces. Our commitment to quality extends to selecting the best stains and sealers for our customers' needs.

In addition to staining and sealing wood, we've been offering Christmas light services for the past eight years. Moving forward, we're excited to expand into permanent holiday lighting options, allowing our customers to enjoy festive ambiance year-round. We also offer landscape lighting solutions to enhance outdoor spaces.
